To become a patient at Grounded Chiropractic, the first thing you need do to is hit the Schedule Now button! It will take you to our online schedule where you can select your treatment, as well as a time and date that works for you. 

 

You will then create an account in our system so you can access appointment and payment info in the future. You can also add family members during setup so you can schedule group appointments, manage their health information, and more. 

 

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will fill out your intake paperwork online. 

 

Please fill out your paperwork at least 12 hours before your appointment. If you do not complete your paperwork prior to your appointment, your appointment may take longer than your scheduled time, and you may be charged for the additional time.

 

At your first appointment, Dr. Rya will review your intake forms with you, discuss the best course of action for your care, and address any questions or concerns. If it’s determined you need X-rays, Dr. Rya will perform low impact adjustments and refer for appropriate imaging. If you do not need X-rays, you will receive an adjustment during your first appointment.
